Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg (OBS) position requiring 2 years of experience and weekend day shifts.

Details

Work in the Medical Surgical (Observation) unit of a 157-bed hospital
Weekend schedule covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
13-week assignment length

Requirements

Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required
Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide medical-surgical nursing care within an observation unit setting
Facility has earned recognition as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
