Description

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with ARDMS certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience for a busy fertility clinic specializing in OB/GYN and pelvic ultrasounds.

Details

• Work in a high-volume fertility clinic on the lower level of an ambulatory care setting
• Patient population consists of adult women receiving fertility care
• Pelvic and OB/GYN ultrasounds are the primary focus of the role
• Equipment used includes the GE Voluson 8
• Day shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience required
• ARDMS certification required, plus one additional certification
• OB/GYN certification preferred
• Experience with general OB and vascular ultrasound required
• OB/GYN and pelvic ultrasound experience preferred
• Only AHA certifications for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are accepted
• License required if applicable — candidates without a current NYS license must provide proof of a completed license application
• Two professional references from previous managers, rated 'standard or above average,' from the prior year in current specialty, required for consideration

• Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced rate
• Candidates with prior work history at this health system may require additional review time before a placement decision is made
• Travelers will be required to complete onboarding modules prior to assignment start
• If any certifications are expiring during the assignment, provide a renewal receipt and/or scheduled course dates
