Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Special Procedures/IR position at a hospital in Duluth, GA, requiring a valid GA or compact RN license and availability for self-scheduling with call shift obligations.
Details
- Hospital-based Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures unit
- Self-scheduling with four 9-hour shifts per week
- 12-hour day shifts
- Requires 2 weekday call shifts per month and 1 weekend call shift per month
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active GA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA certifications required (must not be expired)
- Driver's license required for consideration
- IR or Special Procedures nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered
- EMR experience should be documented in work history
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
- All credentialing must be completed prior to the start date — no exceptions or conditional starts are permitted
