Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Special Procedures/IR position at a hospital in Duluth, GA, requiring a valid GA or compact RN license and availability for self-scheduling with call shift obligations.

Details

  • Hospital-based Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures unit
  • Self-scheduling with four 9-hour shifts per week
  • 12-hour day shifts
  • Requires 2 weekday call shifts per month and 1 weekend call shift per month
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active GA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current AHA certifications required (must not be expired)
  • Driver's license required for consideration
  • IR or Special Procedures nursing experience required

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered
  • EMR experience should be documented in work history
  • Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
  • All credentialing must be completed prior to the start date — no exceptions or conditional starts are permitted
