Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of interventional cath lab experience for a 13-week travel assignment in California.
Details
- Interventional Cath Lab setting supporting cardiologists, radiologists, and registered nurses
- 4x10 hour day shifts with start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
- Rotating night and weekend call required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of interventional cath lab experience required; structural heart experience preferred
- Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS required
- RCES, CRT, or RCIS certification required
- CA license required if applicable
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
- 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include executing and providing technical analysis of interventional cath lab procedures under cardiologist supervision
- Role involves patient assessment, monitoring, and communication with patients, families, and the broader care team
- May include mentoring and training students
- Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety
- Former employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract
