Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Med/Surg position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and prior travel nursing experience, working nights on an alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule.

Details

Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
Night shift schedule alternating between 3x12-hour and 4x12-hour weeks (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
13-week contract

Requirements

Active TX RN license or Compact RN license (currently in hand)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required — this requirement is firm
Prior travel nursing experience required
2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana; a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
Candidates should avoid any substances that could result in a positive drug screen prior to arrival, including CBD products
