Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Irving, TX, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and current AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.
Details
- 13-week travel assignment located in Irving, TX
- Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM with varied days
- Weekend availability is required
- On-call is optional, not mandatory
Requirements
- Active TX RN license (or compact license with TX authorization) required
- Current certifications required: AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, NRP, ACLS, and BLS (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
- RNC-OB or C-EFM certification preferred
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Date of birth and SSN required for consideration
- Flu shot required — no exemptions accepted
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
- Hospital scrubs are provided — no need to supply your own
- Candidates with prior permanent employment at any facility within this health system may have eligibility restrictions and should disclose this history during the application process
