Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week travel contract in California.

Details

• Mammography unit with 2 procedure rooms
• Approximately 20 patient visits per day
• Day shift, 5x8 hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 4x10 block scheduling may be considered for the right candidate, but Saturday availability is required
• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience required
• Active CA state license required at time of consideration; pending license not accepted — license required if applicable
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered with relevant experience
• RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Refusal to float between facilities may result in termination of the assignment
