Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab/EP position in a General Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting, requiring independent scrub and circulate competency with a rotating call schedule.

Details

• General Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting focused on diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
• Rotating call schedule, including approximately one weekend per month
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TN or Compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
• Ability to independently scrub and circulate Cath Lab procedures strongly preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Full SSN, full DOB, copy of Driver's License, skills checklist, 2 references, copies of certifications, and Nursys/license verification required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, scrubbing and circulating during cases, and supporting physicians throughout procedures
• Maintaining a safe and sterile procedural environment is a core expectation of this role
• Candidates will collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team to deliver high-quality patient care
