Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) position at a pediatric hospital in Ohio, requiring an OH or Compact RN license and approximately 2 years of relevant experience.

Details

Pediatric specialty hospital setting in Ohio
Assignment to the Cardiovascular Pediatric ICU (CVPICU)
Day shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Floating required to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and med/surg units as needed
No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

Active OH RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
Approximately 2 years of CVPICU or relevant pediatric critical care experience preferred
2 supervisory references required (at least 1 must be from a supervisor or manager-level reference; charge nurse references do not qualify)

Additional Information

Local candidates are not eligible for this RN position
Candidates who have worked permanently at this facility must have been separated for at least 2 years to be considered
Punctuality is strictly enforced; tardiness and no-call/no-shows are taken very seriously and may result in termination
Floating is a key expectation of this assignment and travelers must be prepared to work in various units as directed
