Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) travel assignment requiring ND or compact licensure and BLS certification.

Details

• Post-acute care setting in a 128-bed LTC/SNF facility
• Wide variety of patient diagnoses across the LTC/SNF population
• Patient ratio of 1:32
• Point Click Care (PCC) used for charting
• 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required (every third)

Requirements

• Active ND or compact RN license, in hand and in good standing at time of consideration (pending licenses not accepted)
• Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; no exceptions
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years — both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Orientation is completed on-site with facility staff
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are eligible but will be considered at a local pay rate
• No on-call or call-back shifts are available for this position
