Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a Level IV trauma acute care hospital in Glendive, MT, with a Montana or compact RN license required.
Details
- Works in the Emergency Department (ER) and Med/Surg areas of a 25-bed acute care hospital with 24-hour emergency services and an attached 71-bed skilled extended care facility
- Level IV trauma designation
- Patient ratio of 1:4
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Floating within scope required to meet facility needs
- No on-call required
- Charting via Cerner
- Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction
Requirements
- Active Montana (MT) or compact RN license required; pending license accepted
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Block scheduling requests may be accommodated upon request
- RTO maximum of 5 days; no RTO permitted during the first two weeks due to orientation
- Scrubs of any color are accepted per facility dress code policy

- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
