Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a Level IV trauma acute care hospital in Glendive, MT, with a Montana or compact RN license required.

Details

Works in the Emergency Department (ER) and Med/Surg areas of a 25-bed acute care hospital with 24-hour emergency services and an attached 71-bed skilled extended care facility
Level IV trauma designation
Patient ratio of 1:4
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
Floating within scope required to meet facility needs
No on-call required
Charting via Cerner
Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction

Requirements

Active Montana (MT) or compact RN license required; pending license accepted
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Block scheduling requests may be accommodated upon request
RTO maximum of 5 days; no RTO permitted during the first two weeks due to orientation
Scrubs of any color are accepted per facility dress code policy

2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
