Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel contract in Oregon, requiring active TNCC, ACLS, and PALS certifications with every-other-weekend availability.
Details
- Works in a hospital Emergency Department serving patients across a wide spectrum of needs, from non-critical to emergent medical and urgent mental health conditions
- Cares for patients arriving by walk-in or emergency transport, including critical cardiac and trauma patients and pediatric cases
- Shift schedule is varied with every other weekend required
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
- Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
- CEN certification preferred
- This facility strictly enforces all posted requirements and will not consider candidates who do not meet every listed certification and experience criterion
Additional Information
- All ED staff are certified to provide care for critical cardiac, trauma, and pediatric patients
- 13-week contract, approximately 36 hours per week
