Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Oncology position in Atlanta, GA, requiring a GA or Compact RN license and Chemotherapy Certification.
Details
- Inpatient oncology unit (Neuro, Melanoma, and Sarcoma) within a hospital setting
- Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and Chemotherapy Certification
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
- IV insertion skills required
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
- Former permanent staff of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning; those returning to this specific facility must have been separated for at least 18 months
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract when not falling on or near a holiday, and a maximum of 3 days when RTO falls on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO must be spread out — consecutive holiday days off will not be approved
