Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency for a night shift travel assignment at an acute care hospital.

Details

• 13-week travel assignment in a hospital respiratory/neuro diagnostics unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend work required as needed
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required
• May care for COVID-positive patients

Requirements

• Current RRT and CRT credentials required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates will undergo a clinical review to assess fit prior to manager interview
• Manager interview is required as part of the selection process
• This is an AYA-managed position; interview cannot be guaranteed prior to assignment start
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days for the duration of the assignment; no scheduling requests are guaranteed

• Local candidates are eligible; a reduced bill rate applies for local placements
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• All time off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
