Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Illinois, open to first-time travelers, with day shift scheduling and an every-other-weekend requirement.

Details

• Hospital Medical/Surgical unit setting
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required
• Charting via Epic
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS certification preferred

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off (RTO) for the duration of the contract
• All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application for consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
