Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care/SNF position in Minnesota, requiring an active MN RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Post-acute care setting in a 43-bed, 2-story Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)
• Patient population is primarily dementia residents
• Patient ratios vary by floor
• EMR system is MatrixCare with supplemental paper flowsheets
• Evening shift, 8-hour shifts (1400–2230), with willingness to accommodate 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities

Requirements

• Active MN RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration (pending license not accepted)
• Current BLS certification required (copy of active certification required; pending certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, no exceptions
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked — both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are eligible at a local pay rate
• 13-week contract
