Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in a Main OR setting, requiring Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho experience along with an Idaho or Compact RN license.

Details

Main OR unit within a hospital setting
Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 06:45–19:15
Trauma, neurological, and orthopedic surgical cases performed in this unit
Call requirements include two to three 12-hour call shifts per six-week schedule on Saturdays and Sundays (0700–1900 or 1900–0700)
One additional 'asterisk' call shift per week, where staff may be asked to stay up to 2 hours beyond the end of their scheduled shift to cover cases that run late
Holiday call coverage required when holidays fall on a weekday

Requirements

Active Idaho (ID) or Compact RN license required
Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
Current ACLS certification required (American Heart Association)
Experience in Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho surgery required
Two sides of BLS and ACLS certification cards (front and back) required for consideration
License verification dated within 30 days of start date required for consideration
