Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week night shift contract at an acute care hospital using Cerner EMR.

Acute care hospital respiratory therapy unit
12-hour night shifts
Flexible weekend rotation: 2 weekends on, 1 weekend off
Cerner EMR in use; facility is transitioning to Epic
13-week contract

Requirements

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
Active certifications required: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, and PALS (AHA)
License required if applicable — license must be active by the start date
2 professional references required for consideration: 1 from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 from a peer or supervisor within the last 3 years of relevant experience

Additional Information

Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate
Former permanent staff of this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months and require hospital approval before being considered
