Description

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a 13-week travel contract at a short-term acute care hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARDMS or ARRT certification.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 232 staffed beds
• General ultrasound unit
• 7-on/7-off rotating schedule: one week of Friday–Saturday–Sunday (approx. 30.5 hours) followed by one week of Monday–Thursday (approx. 32 hours)
• Night shifts: 3x10-hour shifts (9:00 PM–6:30 AM) and 4x8-hour shifts (10:00 PM–6:00 AM)
• No on-call required
• Charting system: Paragon
• Free parking on-site

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience required
• ARDMS or ARRT certification required; initial ARRT registration is acceptable with ARDMS registration expected within 6 months of employment
• License required if applicable — pending licenses are not accepted
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of a valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
