Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in West Branch, MI, requiring 2+ years of ED experience and multiple certifications including ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and ENPC/PALS.

Details

• Night shift position, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Holiday coverage is required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), TNCC, PALS, and ENPC (ENPC may be accepted in place of PALS)
• All certifications must be active and copies must be provided for consideration

Additional Information

• Coordinates total nursing care for patients in the ED, including patient and family education
• Works cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team members to maintain professional nursing practice standards
• Accountable to ethical and professional standards as defined by the ANA Code for Nurses and applicable Michigan state regulations
• No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
