Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring a TX or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Night shift position, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract, 36 hours per week
• Oncology unit (Med/Surg) in a hospital setting
• Scheduling is not self-directed — must be available to work any day of the week

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) — Prevention First module required (30-minute on-demand video, approximately $25 cost)
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Oncology RN experience required
• SSN (full preferred, last 4 acceptable), driver's license, and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain MSP approval prior to consideration
• RTO requests should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
