Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of telemetry experience and Cerner proficiency.
Details
- General Surgery/Med Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Every other weekend (Saturday-Sunday) required
- Must be willing to float to Med Surg unit
- Uses Cerner EMR system
Requirements
- Active RN license (AR or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
- 2+ years of recent telemetry experience required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care on a Med Surg/Telemetry unit with general surgery patients
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
- RTO requests must be less than one week during the assignment
- Candidates who worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
