Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience, OASIS and HCHB EMR proficiency required.

Details

Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; flexibility with territory coverage is expected
On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
HCHB EMR experience required
iPad provided for documentation purposes
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Local candidates accepted at the travel rate

Requirements

Current, active Occupational Therapist license (license in hand required if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of recent home health OT experience
OASIS experience required
HCHB EMR experience required
Current BLS certification required

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Timely documentation and clear communication are expected throughout the assignment
Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted
All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
