- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP; pending certifications will not be accepted
- Minimum 2 years of L&D/LDRP RN experience required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Candidates may not currently be or have been within the past year directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered

Additional Information
- This is a rural hospital located more than 1 hour from the nearest NICU, with limited services; independence, strong communication, and clinical knowledge are key to success in this unit
- RNs circulate for the baby during C-sections; surgery is responsible for the procedure itself
- No clinical involvement noted for certain aspects of care — travelers should be prepared to work independently within their scope
- A charge nurse is present on each shift and carries an assignment
- Unit-specific orientation consists of 3x12-hour shifts
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Candidates with facial hair must pass a fit test (3M Aura 1860 or 3M 1870+); if unable to pass, a Portacount test is required, which cannot be performed on clinicians with facial hair — failure to comply may result in contract cancellation
