Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract at an acute care community hospital in Georgetown, KY.

Details

• Position is based in the Diagnostic Radiology department of a 75-bed acute care community hospital serving Scott and Franklin Counties in central Kentucky
• Patient population includes geriatric and pediatric patients
• 10-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience required
• Rural community hospital experience required
• AHA certifications required prior to start
• Active state license required if applicable
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
• Navy blue scrubs required; hoodies and sweatshirts are not permitted
• First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but all required certifications must be in place prior to start
