Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT (M) certification for a 13-week travel assignment in Carmichael, CA.

Details

• Outpatient imaging center setting specializing in mammography
• Performs routine and specialized breast imaging procedures
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience required
• Current ARRT (M) and BLS certifications required
• Active CA state license required if applicable
• Proficiency in routine and specialized breast imaging procedures
• Strong patient assessment, monitoring, and communication skills

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Former employees or travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year are required for consideration
• Responsible for producing quality diagnostic images and may assist with orienting other department staff
