Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist (X-Ray/CT) for a 13-week night shift contract in Durant, OK, requiring dual modality experience in both CT and general radiography.
Details
- Position is based in a hospital diagnostic radiology department in Durant, OK
- Dual modality role covering both CT and X-Ray
- Equipment includes GE CT and Shimadzu X-Ray (experience preferred)
- EMR: Cerner
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Wednesday through Friday
- No call required
- No floating required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in both Radiology and CT required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- State license required if applicable
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic exams, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services, and routine radiology procedures
- Performs diagnostic services for both inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
- Any color scrubs are acceptable
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
