Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with experience in both cath lab and angiography procedures at an acute care teaching hospital with Adult Level I Trauma designation.
Details
- Work in the cardiac cath lab at a 539-bed acute care teaching hospital with Adult Level I Trauma designation
- Ideal candidates have experience in both cath lab and angiography, including scrub experience
- 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- One weekend of call per four weeks (Friday end of shift through Monday 7:00 AM)
- One weeknight on-call shift per week, with additional open call shifts possible
- 30-minute response time required for on-call
- Charting performed in Epic
- Float within the facility and across the health system is expected and required
Requirements
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ARRT-R required; RCIS may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Proficiency in cath lab and angiography procedures, including scrubbing
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Scrubs are provided for cath lab staff
- Free parking is available in any unrestricted space, with EV charging available on-site
- All assigned education must be completed within one week of starting the assignment
- No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of assignment; maximum of 7 days RTO for the contract
- Refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation
- COVID vaccination card required with no exemptions accepted
