Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a PACU position requiring prior ICU experience, at least 2 years of overall RN experience, and prior travel experience.

Details

• PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) in a hospital setting
• Schedule: Three 12-hour day shifts per week (9:00–21:30)
• Rotating weeknight and weekend call required
• Rotating holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with at least 1 year of PACU experience
• ICU experience is required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Two professional references required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs

Additional Information

• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
• Candidates living within 75 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to consideration
• Position involves routine contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses
