Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 2 years of experience, including ER, ICU, and OR settings, for a 13-week travel assignment.
Details
- Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- Rotating weekends every 6 weeks required
- 50% of holidays during the assignment are required
- Position involves working in ER, ICU, and OR settings
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year in X-Ray
- ER, ICU, and OR experience required
- Current ARRT certification and BLS required
- Missouri or Compact state license required (no pending licenses); license required if applicable
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the travel pay rate; candidates within 75 miles may be considered at a reduced rate

- Perform X-ray imaging across multiple care settings including the ER, ICU, and OR
- Role involves routine contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to consideration
- First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but 2 years of experience with 1 year in specialty is required
