Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with pediatric experience and 2+ years of MRI experience for a 13-week travel contract at a children's hospital.

Details

• Pediatric hospital setting in a dedicated MRI unit
• Day shift, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• May float within the unit depending on facility needs but no floating to sister facilities
• GE and Siemens MRI magnet experience preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required
• MRI certification (ARRT or ARMRIT) required
• Pediatric experience required
• BLS required
• Must be able to work independently
• License required if applicable
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform a wide variety of high-quality MRI exams while providing excellent patient care to a pediatric patient population
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted
• RTO is capped at 7 days; if 7 consecutive days are requested, an additional week must be added to the end of the contract
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application
• Compliance process takes approximately 2-3 weeks
