Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week night shift travel contract at an acute care facility in Chicago, IL.

Details

  • Night shift hours: 19:00–07:30
  • Rotating weekend schedule: every other weekend
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience required
  • Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • License required if applicable
  • DOB and SSN required for consideration
  • Scheduling flexibility is required — block schedules are not accepted

Additional Information

  • Every other holiday coverage is expected
  • Local candidates are accepted for this position
  • Completion of a De-escalation/Behavioral Violence Prevention (DCI/BVP) training is required and can be fulfilled through Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC NIOSH resource
