Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a large, high-acuity facility in Springfield, MA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED or ICU experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Large, high-acuity Emergency Department with 118 beds
- Highly diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding patients, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level patients
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts available (3x12 or 4x12 schedule)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience (post-orientation) required
- Strong critical care skills and ability to manage complex, unstable patients
- 2 professional references required for consideration
