Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an adult Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of Level II trauma experience and rotating day/night shifts.

Details

  • Adult Emergency Department setting
  • Rotating schedule covering both day (7A) and night (7P) 12-hour shifts
  • 36 hours per week
  • 6 out of every 12 weekend shifts required
  • Holiday coverage required per unit needs
  • No on-call or callback responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active MD or Compact RN license required
  • Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC or ATCN
  • Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience in a Level II trauma center
  • Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required
  • One professional reference required for consideration
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
  • 13-week contract assignment
