Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a Nurse Lead position requiring supervisory experience, TNCC certification, and a valid CA RN license.

Details

• Hospital ICU setting at a trauma level unit
• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (0630–1900), scheduled based on department needs
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required, must be unrestricted
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and TNCC
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
• 5 years of ICU technical experience preferred
• Candidates must have worked in the ICU specialty within the last 3 months
• Active, unrestricted license with no prior hits or restrictions
• Two supervisor references required — one from the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration

Additional Information

• This is a leadership role with administrative expectations as a Nurse Lead on the unit
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will not be considered
• A specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year is required
