Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring a valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty.

• Home health setting with day shift hours
• Mileage reimbursement provided in addition to base compensation

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PT license in all applicable states of practice required; license required if applicable
• DPT degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• BLS certification from an approved vendor required (AHA, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS accepted)
• Valid driver's license required; candidate must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 2 years of recent home health or relevant PT experience required, with practice in the specialty within the last 3 months
• Candidates must have no prior disciplinary actions or hits on their license
• 2 supervisor references required — one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Skills checklist for the submitted specialty, completed within the past year, required for consideration
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer; requests exceeding 5 days will result in automatic disqualification
• All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in the clinical work history
