Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Care Manager position in a home health setting, requiring a valid CA RN license and a reliable personal vehicle.

Details

Home health setting with patient visits conducted in the field
Day shift schedule

Requirements

Active CA RN license, unrestricted and currently in hand
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Valid Driver's License (DL); must be at least 21 years of age
Current personal automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or the submitted specialty
Recent relevant experience within the last 3 months required
Clean, unrestricted license with no prior disciplinary hits
2 supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
Date of birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursement is provided in addition to the base rate
RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
Specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year is required
