Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position requiring open heart recovery and balloon pump experience, working nights in a high-acuity setting.

Details

• CVICU setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule, 36 or 48 hours per week
• Cardiovascular patient population including post-open heart surgery recovery cases

Requirements

• Active CA RN license, unrestricted and currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Current PALS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 3 years of ICU/CVICU experience required
• Cardiovascular experience with open heart recovery training required
• Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) experience required
• Must have worked in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months
• Active, unrestricted license with no prior disciplinary action on record
• Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth, middle name, and SSN required for consideration
