Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Room position in Lawton, OK, requiring at least 2 years of ER experience and active OK or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Hospital emergency room setting in Lawton, OK
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
- 6 weekend nights required over the course of a 6-week period
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license — Oklahoma state license or compact license required
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS, PALS (AHA)
- TNCC preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
- Recent travel nursing experience preferred
- Skills checklist current within the last year, pertinent to ER specialty
- 2 supervisory reference forms taken within the last 2 years
Additional Information
- Responsible for identifying medical issues, triaging severity, and providing immediate intervention to patients upon arrival to the emergency room
- Local candidates will be considered, though at a reduced pay rate
- No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
