Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position at a hospital in Indiana, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active IN or compact RN license.

• 12-bed Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Indiana or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing discharge planning needs
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Local candidates are eligible to apply, but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
• COVID vaccination is not required
