Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position at a Level II Trauma Center in Washington, requiring cardiovascular ICU experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital setting; Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 629 staffed beds
- Teaching hospital environment
- ICU unit with patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2
- Cardiovascular ICU patient population
- Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
- Every other weekend required
- Block scheduling required
- Floating between all facilities within the state is expected
- Charting via Epic
- No on-call required
- No parking fee
Requirements
- Active WA RN license or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Cardiovascular ICU experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of total employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Scrubs may be any color for RNs
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
- Former permanent staff of this health system must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Candidates must disclose any prior work history with Providence facilities, including location and dates
