Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring telemetry experience, Epic proficiency, and night shift availability.

Details

• Fast-paced Cardiac/Progressive Care telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Patient population includes cardiac and progressive care cases requiring telemetry monitoring
• Floating may be required to other Med/Surg Telemetry units and ICU (lowest acuity patients)
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 18:45–07:15
• Local candidates are accepted for this position

Requirements

• Active RN license — Tennessee (TN) or Compact license required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Telemetry and PCU experience required
• Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months required — must be clearly documented on your profile
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to cardiac and progressive care patients requiring continuous telemetry monitoring
• 13-week contract
