Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Weatherford, TX, requiring at least 1 year of recent RT experience and active RRT licensure and certification.

Details

• Inpatient respiratory therapy department at an acute care hospital in Weatherford, TX
• Primarily adult patient population; pediatric patients seen on an emergency basis through the ED but are not admitted to this facility
• Night shift hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RRT license and certification required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in respiratory therapy
• Must have active experience within the last 6 months in the role
• ACLS required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• BLS required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult inpatient population
• Pediatric cases are limited to emergency department visits; pediatric admissions are transferred to appropriate facilities
