Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week contract covering the Montgomery and upper Prince George's County areas of Maryland.
Details
- Home health setting serving adult patients in the Montgomery and upper Prince George's County, MD areas
- Caseload of 6 patient visits per day
- Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8s)
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required
- MD PT state license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Adult home health experience required
- HCHB experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Open to first-time travelers
- Local candidates are accepted
- Up to 1 RTO request allowed for the duration of the contract
