Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in Lithonia, GA, requiring a GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of nursing experience.

• Position is located on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit (Third Floor) in a hospital setting
• Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Current BLS certification required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum separation of 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days during non-holiday periods and a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO must be spread out — consecutive holiday dates will not be approved
