Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a NICU travel position requiring WA or OR licensure, Epic proficiency, and NRP Advanced certification across two facility locations.

Details

  • Work in a NICU setting across two hospital locations in Washington and Oregon
  • Neonatal patient population in an intensive care unit environment
  • Epic EMR experience is required
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
  • Floating required between the Washington and Oregon facilities

Requirements

  • Active WA RN license, OR RN license, or active Compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current certifications: BLS and NRP Advanced
  • Minimum 1 year of NICU nursing experience required
  • Epic EMR proficiency required
  • ECMO experience is highly preferred

Additional Information

  • COVID vaccination is required with no exemptions
  • A skills checklist and at least one reference are required for consideration
  • Candidates may be considered for a contract longer than 13 weeks

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish. Whether it’s my recruiter, Amanda, or Iranna from payroll, I always get a quick response when I have a question. It’s nice working with a team that actually follows up and keeps you in the loop. Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
