Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced travel RN for an ICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, cardiac experience, and prior travel nursing experience.

Details

• ICU setting within a community hospital
• Cardiac patient population including post-cath intervention cases
• Specialized procedures include intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) and Impella device management
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00
• Floating required to all campuses
• On-call responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Cardiac experience required, including post-cath intervention, IABP, and Impella
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Former permanent employees of this facility must wait at least 6 months before being considered for a position
• No RTO requests will be approved for holidays or the surrounding holiday week
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
