Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of IR experience and ARRT certification for a 13-week travel assignment.
Details
- Work in a hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit
- Procedures include image-guided biopsies (US and CT), tumor ablations (cryoablation, RFA, microwave), abscess and fluid drainages, spine and pain management procedures, kyphoplasty injections, GYN interventions (uterine ablations/fibroid embolization), OB interventions (postpartum bleeds), vascular procedures (balloon angioplasty, stents, thrombectomy), genitourinary procedures (nephrostomy tube placement/exchanges, prostate embolizations), enteral/biliary access (G/GJ tubes and biliary drains), GI bleeds, and venous access and IVC filter placement
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Call required 1–2 nights per week
- Every 3rd weekend call required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
- ARRT - RT(R) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
