Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week NICU travel assignment requiring at least 2 years of experience and NRP certification.
Details
- NICU setting within a hospital environment
- Patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3 depending on acuity
- Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend requirements: minimum 2 weekends per 4-week scheduling period, with a preference for 3 of 4 weekends if needed
- No on-call requirements
- Floating within Women's Services only, and is expected to be very rare
- Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed but requests will be considered
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
Requirements
- Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid Compact RN license currently in hand (pending licenses not accepted)
- Current certifications: BLS and NRP
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Minimal RTO is preferred for the duration of the 13-week assignment
