Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 3 years of ED experience, Epic proficiency, and a WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a hospital Emergency Department
• Day shift schedule: 07:00–19:30
• 13-week contract
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Every other holiday (EOH) coverage required
• Floating required within skill set, onsite or to facilities within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
• TNCC required (renewed every 4 years)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• MOAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification required
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on distance from the facility
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
